Keep the Welfare of your Students at Heart

From the advices of Hadhrat Qaari Siddeeq Ahmad Baandwi Saahib (RA)........  A teacher should always keep the welfare of his students at heart. It has been mentioned that Hadhrat Imaam Abu Hanifa (RA) once learnt that his student, Imaam Abu Yusuf (RA), was very poor and that his mother required him to earn a living to fulfil their basic needs such as food, shelter, etc.

Teaching Only for the Pleasure of Allah (continues...)

From the advices of Hadhrat Qaari Siddeeq Ahmad Baandwi Saahib (RA) ...... Once,Moulana Murtadha Hasan mentioned to Hakeemul Ummat Hadhrat Moulana Thaanwi (RA), “Hadhrat, I feel uneasy earning a salary. It seems that by taking a salary one is selling his Deen.”

Teaching Only for the Pleasure of Allah Ta'ala

From the advices of Hadhrat Moulana Qaari Siddeeq Ahmad Baandwi Saahib (RA)..."Many of our seniors had served the Deen of Allah Ta'ala only for the pleasure of Allah. They took no salary from the madrasah nor any remuneration. Many of my asaatiza (Qari Siddeeq Saahib's teachers) taught in Sahaaranpur without receiving any salary from the Madrasah. I was very fortunate to have studied under such luminaries.
