The last night of Ramadhaan - An inspirational Hadith explaining the rewards earned by the Ummat of Nabi sallallahu alayhi wasallam

Ibn Abbaas (radiyallahu anhu) says that, he heard our Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) saying, “Jannah becomes perfumed with the sweetest fragrance in Ramadhaan. From the beginning of the year till the end, it is being brightly decorated for this blessed month. When the first night of Ramadhaan appears, a wind blows from beneath the ‘Arsh’ (Throne). It is called Museerah, which causes the leaves of the trees of Jannah to rustle and the door handles to sound, causing such a beautiful sound as had never been heard before.

15 Sterling Advises given to Hadhrat Abu Zar (radiyallahu anhu) by Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam)

  1. Fear Allah Ta’ala, as this is the root of all good.
  2. Remain busy in reading the Qur-aan Shareef and in the Zikr of Allah Ta’ala. This will earn you great rewards in the Heavens and will shine for you as a light in this world.
  3. Keep silent most of the time, so that you speak nothing but good. This will keep shaytaan away from you and make it easy for you to perform your ibaadat.
  4. Stay away from too much laughing, for laughing weakens the heart and removes the noor (brightness) of the face.
