Muhtaram Ulama / Mua’llimaat

Assalaamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuhu

As we are drawing closer to the Mubaarak month of Ramadhaan, let us commence with ta’leem of the Fazaail-e-Ramadhaan.

Daily take out a few minutes (3-4) minutes and read out a section from the Fazaail-e-Ramadhaan (Abridged Version).

This daily ta’leem will insha Allah become a means of preparing the minds of our young learners for this mubaarak month.

May Allah bless us in the months of Rajab and Sha’baan and take us to the month of Ramadhaan with aafiyat and ease. Aameen.

Was Salaam

Advice of Hadhrat Moulana Ali Mia Nadwi (RA) regrading the importance of the maktab

Moulana Abul Hasan Ali Nadwi’s (rahmatullahi alayh) address to madrasah graduates

“Please forgive me (for saying this). Presently, I am not so convinced regarding the benefits of having Higher-level Arabic Madrasahs (Darul Ulooms) in every small town and village and that every area must have the final year kitaabs and every Madrasah must complete Bukhaari Shareef. There is a greater need now for makaatib (plural of maktab).

As we are sitting here, India is changing very very fast. Ever […]

مَالِكُ الْمُلْكِ – Maalikul Mulk: The Owner of the Kingdom

مَالِكُ الْمُلْكِ – Maalikul Mulk: The Owner of the Kingdom

Allah Ta’ala is the owner of everything. Allah Ta’ala owns the entire world. Nothing belongs to us. Everything belongs to Allah Ta’ala. Our house, our car, our clothes, our parents, all belong to Allah Ta’ala. Allah Ta’ala can take it away whenever He wants. Therefore we must use everything as Allah Ta’ala wants from us.
When our cousins come home for a holiday, they sleep in our room, play with our toys and eat in our kitchen. After the holiday they don’t take our room, our toys and our kitchen with them to their homes, because it does not belong to them. In the same way when we die, we don’t take our house, our car and our clothes with us into our graves, because it doesn’t belong to us. Everything belongs to Allah Ta’ala. America, Africa, Australia and Asia all belong to Allah Ta’ala. The sun, the moon, the stars, the planets all belong to Allah Ta’ala. We all belong to Allah Ta’ala. We live for Allah Ta’ala, we die for Allah Ta’ala and one day we will all return to Allah Ta’ala.
Advice for the children
Listening to Nazams: If a nazam, nasheed or naat has the singing style of music, then it is haraam to listen to such a nazam. If a nazam has any background music then too this nazam is haraam to listen to. Today most of the nazams have become singing and music. How disrespectful they are! They use the pure name of Allah Ta’ala and Nabi Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wasallam to make dirty music. Most of the time radio stations play musical singing haraam nazams. May Allah Ta’ala protect us from listening to them and let us remind others as well.
